Nedbank Stole my Greenbacks

Nedbank stole my greenbacks. Since September there has been no greenbacks allocated for purchases made during 1st to 12th of September. I have emailed my professional banker and they said they have not had any update. It is December now and nothing. Conveniently my Nedbank app does no longer go back this far luckily I have photos of the missong points on over R50k's worth of spending.

I have no choice but to go to the police station and open a case of theft and or ***** against Nedbank.
