NEDbank stole my funds-Be aware

I faithfully opened a cheque account with Nedbank, hoping i will receive better service, i was very hesitant depositing funds but after a few months of lower banking fees, i decided to have quite large amounts to flow in, because of R24000 taht was deposited into my account from a contractor that i was helping with handy work, Ni bought a few staff to do the job, half way before i was done, Nedbank sent a message at 4.00am pretending it was a debit order, i went to the atm my card was swallowed, they deducted R7860 and still now i have no explanation where my funds vanished to, they blamed their Card division, and i visited the branch twice, they just give me a phone to talk to people who doesnt know what their doing, people be aware to deposit larger amount into Nedbank, still now they put on hold when i call and i have to source funds from somewhere to finish my work. Its terrible to be *****ed by a bank that you will have trusted
