Nedbank Stole My deposit from Avis! I am leaving for a trustworthy bank!

I've banked with Nedbank all my life and I am now at point where I am changing for a better bank with efficient banking systems. They fail to trace my Avis deposit of R 1212. Avis confirmed that they authorized the bank to release my deposit and yet it has not reflected and the bank don't know where the money is. How can a bank not know where my money is?

Upon numerous calls, I am told that I must complete a recon form at charge of R390. They stole my deposit and yet they still want more! They are now becoming ****s!
