Nedbank stole my bread and butter.

Very heart breaking what nedbank has done, I settled my nedbank personal loan this week, fully and paid for, yet today i wake up to a debit order, now i have paid twice, and they cant promise me they can give me my money back, do not deal with nedbank, i am going to change my bank and move all my money elsewhere, and advise everyone in my family and my sphere of influence to change banks... this is uncalled for... common day *****ing families bread and butter thats what it is.
