Nedbank stokvel accounts

I am not pleased with the service of Nedbank at Soshanguve crossing regarding stokvel accounts when it comes to year end distribution of funds to members of the stokvel. We were told to fill in a form, we did and emailed it back to them but it has been 2 weeks now without any feedback from them.
