Nedbank Stockbroking gets 1 out of 5

It is impossible to withdraw funds from my available balance on my stockbroking account to be transferred to my bank current account listed as one of two registered approved bank accounts. I have phoned since 10h42 and sent an email at 11h08 this morning and I am totally ignored.
