Nedbank still vrot!!

Still vrot!! So the unfortunate happened and I couldn' t pay my credit card end June. I explained my situation to them and assured them that I want to get this account up to date asap. I' ve received at least 5 calls per day from them trying to bully into a payment plan with an amount that they want to dictate. I' m SURE this is not howbitbis supposed to be !!! I closed my cheque account with them due to rude *********** employees and I cant wait to pay this account in full and close it as well. Think twice before going to Nedbank, you'll be paying them on time for years and the one month you have a problem they will harass and bully you!
