Nedbank - still not happy

I have requested someone to assist me with the best time monthly payments and when to make additional payments on my bond. Rep**** fast the 1st time, but when I asked for assistance on how to make the additional payments I do not receive any feedback. I really do not understand why every time anyone needs help, nobody is available.
