Nedbank still in 1980?

What has happened to Nedbabk Fourways ...horrible environment and staff that do not exude. competence. I need a POA as I am leaving the country and have to allow someone to sign for my homeloan to be closed or at a minimum collect the documents to courier to me. All the branch staff can do is email the homeloans department...i can also send an email ..i do not need to go to a branch for that.
