Nedbank still hasnt issued my Consent to change the Right for my Property ,which I requested since June 2023

I have been requesting a Consent top change my Property from normal Residence into a Guest House from Nedbank since June 2023

They sent emails to me saying they would send someone to evaluate the property today is the 22 of January 2024,its well over 7 months,no one has since come,and I need the Consent urgently since the Municipality wont approve without Nedbank Consent

Nedbank Consultants really dont care about Clients needs , they are lazy and dont do their work

I cant wait half a year just to get a Consent on the Property thats bonded by Nedbank
