Nedbank *****sters and ****

Paid up my personal in January after successfully paying it for 5 years without missing payments. When Nedbank was supposed to debit my last payment they debited me three times on the 25th January 2026. Thee day slater I received a call from collections saying they want to make arrangements with me for the personal loan, which to my surprise it was impossible because I had just made my last payment. I have been sent from pillar to post, no one wants to take accountability and worst of all Nedbank says I owe them the principal amount of my loan. They started my loan term from scratch. My app shows me that I have 0 term remaining on my load, however they ant to raise a debit order on the 25th of February.
