Because you can't give zero star. There are 10 clients in the branch and only 1 consultant working who is very slow. The branch just opened why aren't the seats maned. Please do better if it is a matter of being short staffed. please hire more staff because as is your service is bad. Clients are even leaving because you can't wait for 10 people to be served by 1 person
