Nedbank *****s your money

Nedbank is the worst bank to bank with. Today, I was paying someone R1100 via sendimali and it went 4 times from my account. I'm told that the transaction cannot be reversed until Monday. Mind you, two of these payments have reflected on the side of the receiver, I have no hope that they will send it back. Nedbank is not helpful via phone call, app or social media platforms. It's sickening how nonchalant they are about their clients money. Go to any other bank but this one... pathetic
