Nedbank *****s your money

Nedbank has taken it upon themselves to debit a personal business account because the debit did not go through on my normal bank account.I would assume good business practice is to call me and not help themselves to money that is not theirs! Just because I use you for my personal business account does not mean you can help yourself to my money!! !
