Nedbank *****s my Greenbacks

<p>About two weeks ago I phoned to close my credit card account with Nedbank. The call centre said the system was blocking them from doing it because I still had greenbacks that needed to be spent.</p> <p>However the next day I got an SMS confirming that my credit card had been closed and when I tried to spend my greenback balance of R274.25 on my Shop card I was unable to use it. At an ATM it showed my Shop card balance to be R0.00</p> <p>I have called Nedbank twice about this (Ref # ********** ) but they still have not given back my greenbacks :-(</p>
