Nedbank *****s money out of my account

First of all Nedbank let a debit order go through of an amount more than i agreed for for vodacom. I have a top up contract with vodacom with a fixed amount.but nedbank put a debit order through for almost 800 rand. Then after the debit order went through and vodacom confirmed that they received their money nedbank charged me a 90 rand hon fee for that transaction and on top of that a few day days earlier they charged me an unpaid fee of 60 rand for some transaction. There is no details for which transaction they charged that. Are nedbank suddenly *****ing money out of peoples accounts?????? I opened my account a month ago and already this is happening.. not a good thing to commit such nonsence on a new clients account.
