Nedbank *****s from the poor!!!

<p>I have a Nedbank account and a PL loans account as well. I was unemployed and made arrangements to pay off the Personal Loan. I then lost my job and advised Nedbank recovery that I am unemployed but once I get access to funds I will ensure that my payments are met. The first time they deducted over R9000.00 which I had to get reversed being that I had rental etc to pay. Now I managed to get funds in to pay rental and meet my arrangements of R1000.00, however they went and deducted R6453 from my account which only had R4600 in it, leaving me t pay in R1799.00. I am a single mom of 3 and will now be spending winter on the street as Nedbank refuses to refund me my money - and keeping with the outstanding R1000.00 payment due. Apparently when they do this, they fail to inform you that once the first reversal takes place, they may not process another, leaving the poor more poor and now three little kids aged 10,9 and 3 homeless in winter because they fail to inform you and that they take 6 times the amount that is actually due per payment. SO thanks Nedbank - thanks for throwing a fmaily of 4 to the dogs!@!!</p>
