Nedbank *****ing Your Money at Their ATMS

Did a Card less Cash deposit on the 4th of February 2020 at the Nedbank Branch in Buffeldoorn in Klerksdorp. Machine gave me a error that the transaction has failed and that i should take the slip received to the branch or call ncc. Took it into the branch and log a query with them. I was told that it will take 7 working Days for funds to reflect in my account. Well has been 7 days and no funds received. Called the call centre and according to them the reference number that i was given is for something totally different and i should contact the branch or go in to settle the mater. I have been with Nedbank for almost 3 years and this is the poorest excuse of service i have received from them. Will be going into the branch today to resolve the mater or try to and if not then legal proceedings will have to follow. I see it as theft. My money was paid into my account at a Nedbank ATM where i bank at and no funds was deposited into my Account. Yet Nedbank just don't care about you they just care about how much they can make out of you.
