Nedbank *****ing money/Data that was bought through them

I used Nedbank money app to put airtime and data on my phone.

Airtime was loaded but not my Data. Vodacom says that they did not receive funds from Nedbank to load funds and Nedbank says they have to investigate, taking 3 to 5 days . They refuse ti refund me even though fualt is on there side. They are wasting my time and money!!! Pathetic service from them!!!
