Nedbank *****ing from my account

I have a debit order with Nedbank set for 26th of every month. This month they deducted on 15th which is not an agreed date. I called them emailed and everything but they have not refunded my money. Now I am at the branch at Glen Marais still I cannot get assistance they send me back to call Centre and to emails which is not being responded to.

This is a disgusting bank as they ***** from your account and don't attend to complaints.!
