Nedbank statement has old address on it

SARS need a bank statement from me, I go to my Nedbank Money App to download a statement but I notice my old address on the statement. I contact Nedbank, the system has updated my new address, as I went to Nedbank Clearwater to update during March 2020. The consultant cannot tell me why my old address is on the statement and they cannot fix it. The consultant also refuses to email me my statement because it R30 and it also has my old address on it......hehehehe. He insists on putting me through to the Complaints department and hangs up on me because I want to speak to a manager. There's obviously something wrong with their Money App and system and needs fixing urgently. So how do I get a statement with my correct address? Can someone please tell me, as no consultants at the call centre has a cooking clue. Kind Regards Michelle
