Nedbank standard declined

On the 11th I got a call from a call from one of Nedbank's credit card sales agent. She advised me that I qualified for a credit car. During the application she asked if I give permission to forward my information to the credit bureaus and I refused stating that I'm busy repairing my credit score and I would not want an inquiry on my profile. After a short while I received an email stating that my application was unsuccessful. The agent completed the application without my permission so that she can claim a sale. I spoke to Xolani who logged a call for me ***. I call on the 13th to follow up on the matter it was not attended to.
