Nedbank stand alone garage card not receiving sms notifications

Good day i have standard bank stand alone garage card no chip or pin code, my garage card is working no issues. From last month i receive no sms notifications stating my balance. Sms notifications only come when you fill R500 and more then you receive sms notifications.

From last month my filling of fuel is over R500 and still no sms notifications. I am deeply disappointed

I been to the nedbank branch in galleria durban. I understand covid19 long queues waiting is ridiculous. I waited nearly 2 hours que never moved I decided going back home i can not stand surch long periods.

I try contact center waiting over the phone. My airtime gets finished.

All i want is my sms notifications to be active again
