Nedbank staff they are ***********

They don't know what they are doing, I paid 14000 into my credit card oct 2022 even today the acc is not credited I've send them the settlement letter that I got from them and my proof of payment still I can't get the matter resolved instead they are telling me about things that I don't know, u can see that they didn't bother to open those document, what they do best is to send me sms every day telling me that I owe them am querying about R14000 that was paid November 2022 , why must I send proof of payment every day. I regret doing business with nedbank , I want this thing to be sorted I don't want to do b with them ever again,, 2 month no one is will to help me,,, am so frustrated
