Nedbank staff needs to put less effort into looking good and more effort into customer service cos it goes beyond working hours cos you still wearing your uniform , you wearing the brand so be the brand

So i was at the machine busy drawing money, as im waiting for the money to come out the machine switches off . The doors of the bank just went closed at that time .All the staff was in the bank .I asked for help trying to explain from outside that my card is in the machine and it sound like the machine ate my card ... all they could hv done was at that moment is to tell me not to panic and that my money would be safe or just hv the decency to explain to me what just happened as im panicking here .... my money !!!!
