Nedbank Staff is ***********,they dont know how to handle the Property issues regarding Consent to change Zoning of Property from Normal Residence to Guest House,You will run behind them ,no one Knows what to do

I have been writing to Nedbank since June of 2023 requesting the Consent to change the Property Rights from Residential to Guest House Business Rights.

I have called them ,wrote to them, but the people working at Nedbank ,know nothing, when you call them ,they don't care to help instead they put you through to the wrong Departments ,because they don't know. Nedbank need to train its people to have Customer care, because its very poor.I still dont have my Consent,its been over 8 months now
