NEDBANK STAFF DO NOT HAVE CAPACITY TO UNDERSTAND

Nedbank is harassing me. I keep on telling them that the number does not belong to the man that they are looking for (I am a woman). In fact I phoned in this very morning and two hours later they phone me looking for a person that is not me. This is probably the 20th time I have told them yet they keep phoning!! Can they not remove a number from a system???? They also spam my sms inbox for this person that they are looking for. REMOVE MY NUMBER!!!!! I AM NOT THE PERSON YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!
