nedbank staff are *******
nedank *****s from me - and i have proof and i am refused assistance since end of December 2011. the consultant Paula Hall informs me that i need to accept her beliefs in life, while nedbank *****s my money and refuses to refund or assist me with an entire list of issues they have created for me. this paula also asks for screenshots then ignores them for months. blatant theft and passing of the buck by the most *********** bank. and she does not phone back as promised - and i am tired of begging for service while paying for it. and then i send her proof of her incompetency as she is untrained and she attacks instead of listens when she did phone before - i made my own recording.

01 Apr 2022, 14:34today (friday) i want to make a payment transfer using the app. (my credit ) not usage even... so i temporarily raise the transfer limit only - and its done twice to R600 and R650. yet the app refuses to make the transfer limit effective. yet another problem that you create for me as a paying customer nedbank. how am i supposed to make this payment if your stupid app keeps on malfunctioning?
note that nedbank was supposed to phone me back today at 1pm as promised by yussuf on wednesday - and he has not

so today they owe me a Confirmation of Account Closure and Account statement letter. Yet Yusuf Rajah tells me via email that I need to accept it from him via email as an opinon from him.
Nedbank is a mickey mouse bank. I have had to jump through unnecessary hoops to get them off my back and off my name - yet now i need to still be refused paid for service. You stink Nedbank.
