Nedbank staff ***********

For about 3 years I have been trying to get an automatic annual increase on my credit card, each time it says I am approved I must upload my documents. I have tried to upload documents over 30 times, there is always a problem and they cant be uploaded. I contacted the complaints department and spoke to Dorothy Snyman who investigated and after 21 days said that my credit profile was not good enough for an increase. I explained that the complaint was not about "not getting" credit , but about the inability to upload documents on the App or on the online banking portal. She then got Chante Snyman to contact me (Family Perhaps). I sent all my documents to Chante who processed them an sent them to the credit department. Chante made it very clear that I MUST NOT send any other documents to the automated response for credit applications. After about 2 weeks I E-mailed Chante to find out how far the application was, only to get an out of office message as she was on leave. A few days later I got notification that my application had been cancelled as they had not yet received the documents. I -mailed Dorothy and Chante to find out why, but got no response from either of them. Enter Zimkita Mkalipi, Zimkita informed me she was going to assist with the credit application going forward, I E-mailed her all my documents AGAIN and after a few days she came back and said they willing to increase my limit by about R2500. I explained that that is an insult as every month I repay over R 30 000 towards the credit facility and the service fees alone are over R1440. Zimkita said she would lodge a dispute with the credit department on the 5th March. On the 7th March I received 2 SMS's and an E-mail saying that the application has been rejected because I have not submitted my documents. On the 7th I informed Zimkita to close all my Nedbank account and deposit the money into my FNB account. No response. I E-mailed her again on the 12th asking what's happening with my account sand no response.

I think this is Nedbank's MO if they cant or don't want to help, they just ignore all correspondence.
