Nedbank SSC *****

I am very upset with nedbank. The domestic worker that works for me banks with nedbank and this was the 3rd time tgat funds was ****** from her account through an ssc transaction. She went to the bank and they just said they cant do anything to get the funds back this is not right she is a low income earner and already strugel, how cant the bank help her, it is ***** on her account, nedbank must protect her account
