Nedbank speedpoint machines cannot process FNB credit card refund ???

Nedbank speedpoint machine cannot process refund to a FNB Credit card. Needed Decofurn to process a refund after paying with my FNB Credit card. Was told that the Nedbank speedpoint machine cannot process a refund/ reversal. Really . . . Went to Builders Warehouse to return goods and their Absa speedpoint was able to reverse my FNB card payment. Whats going on with NEDBANK ?
