Nedbank Southgate worst branch ever

Nedbank Branch in Southgate is the worst branch you can visit. I have never had to stand in a long queue to enter the branch not even talking about sitting and waiting inside, i'm talking about waiting outside the branch. We stood for 45 min, what happened to your slogan Nedbank that your clients will be helped in 60sec. And on top of that the mall had loadshedding while in the queue, Nedbank decided to lock there doors and chase all there clients away while all other banks were still open. Nedbank your service is pathetic. My suggestion to people thinking of visiting that branch dont cause the branch manager, or who ever he was is extremely rude including the security at the door.
