Nedbank Southgate

I got to nedbank southgate 10.50 today .we qued outside for an hour.there was a lady who was carrying a baby they cared less only 4 those that came for account opening. last client at the que came 11.40 of which they told her they have cut the que...but I guess it was because she came to see the tellers .still there were those that came before 12 and they were told they have cut the que....but never the less 12.00 they closed the door while we were outside..of which I don't understand why don't u let people come in and then close the door...it was like we were stinking...they let us in the remaining people after sitting down loadshedding now they can't help because of loadshedding even when the generator kicked in.all I wanted was to collect my credit card and I felt I could have been assisted matter of fact everyone could have been assisted instead the two staff members waisted our time when scanning the que of which they could have assisted.They make sure that their cleaner is standing at the door making sure no one slips through while the security is busy putting things inside so they can take their bags and go home. If they can tell me why their que is outside?And Y they don't work when the generator kicks in?Matter of fact they can keep that credit card ene R15 .I will never bank with nedbank..The southgate staff majority is black staff which I experienced they treat their own like **** and illitrate..Or either they don't appreciate what they have. I have a degenerate spine disease waisted 1hr20 min 4 what? They advised we can come on Monday...abuti let me tell u how I respect my job today was off and meaning I will only get another Saturday off first week ya July...so yep you'll are lucky...so keep ure card.
