Nedbank Southdale branch- HORRIBLE TELLERS

Was advised to drop off documents at the branch to be courier to the head office in Sandton. Upon arrival, was asked how to assist… followed instructions to wait in a queue (was 5th) for 30 minutes will the two of the teller were having loud conversation with each other. The queue extended to outside the brach… but they couldn’t be bothered. Got to the tellers to be told that don’t provide that services. On my way out, fuming and expressing my frustration, the “floor” manager stopped me to assist. She instructed the teller on the process to follow, but the lady at teller 3 was insisting there was no bags, after she said its not a service they provided. Teller 4, very upset to assist followed the instructions provided, and my parcel was sent off

I spent an hour and a half in this brach to sent a document via courier as advise by a Nedbank advisor. DISGUSTING attitude by tellers, that provide HORRIBLE SERVICE
