Nedbank. South africas worst bank by a MILE

How many more times and I going to have to go through this.

This is probably my 10th review, and 100th call to Nedbank.

I spoke to Nedbank last month regarding my personal loan. Arrangements were made and everything seemed fine. May I add that I have to do this almost EVERY month.

Once again, Nedbank has gone against a formal agreement and DOUBLE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.

How can a financial institution be so reckless with a clients money and profile.

I called Nedbank twice today, waited know line for 15 minutes a set and no on answers

Nedbank, fix this and give me my money back.
