Since I went into the bank to renew my card, they ***** money from my account with a **** card and online. The lady that assisted me took the old card and I think this is not standard procedure, I had to cancel my profile twice and have no trust in the bank to re-activate any of my cards again. The ***** department says they are so sorry that this happened to me and that is it.
