Nedbank Somerset West- worst experience ever.

The worst human experience ever. Nedbank leaves it customers to wait outside in 35 degrees when they are pensioners. They then leave you to wait longer inside for a simple card collection. My parents had to wait so long. Super unhelpful- this is not progress- at all. Very very very disappointed in the Nedbank Somerset West branch in 7 Lourens Street.
