NEDBANK Sold me out to ********** they do not care

Hi<br> I advertised my Playstation on gumtree within minutes i received a call from this ********* who calls himself Harry Mpanza. He said he wanted to buy it and would transfer the money now and send proof of payment. An sms came through from allegedly Nedbank as proof of payment accompanied by a proof of payment doc on a Nedbank letterhead. As well as copy of ID. After receiving these documents I immediately called NEDBANK call centre on *** to assist me to verify if it is a valid REF number on the proof of payment document. The call centre agent said they CANNOT help me.With no courtesy showed to me as a concerned customer. I pleaded and said surely NEDBANK can track their reference numbers the call centre agent said they cannot help me. I gave the goods seeing that i had received the proof of payment plus sms notification not knowing they both **********.<br> After not receiving funds into my account I called Nedbank AGAIN the following day asking them to help me verify if the proof of payment reference number is legitimate.This time they were able to tell me that the proof of payment is **********. ***** could have been prevented if Nedbank helped me the first time i called
