Nedbank sold me lies about getting a rebate

Nedbank Consultant sold me lies about getting R200 rebate if I open an account with them and move my car installment to an account they will open for me. That was end of Jan even today I havent received that rebate. Their Facebook account holder tells me that I didnt meet required criteria but when I call their call centre I get a different story. I am so disappointed that I got sold a lie. Anyway time for me to move on..... Stay away from false promises that you will get something once you open an account...
