Nedbank Solar Department - Shame!!

Nedbank offers an option to use them for Sensible Geyser as well as Solar. I am an existing customer with Nedbank for years now and though I've received good service for the Geyser.

The Solar Department is just nonexistent - I've at least received a phone call from Donald, a consultant, advising he is waiting feedback but the department that deals with Solar - clearly are either short staffed, don't know how to communicate or just dont give a damn. Can the Solar Department at Nedbank please assist their customers!!!
