Nedbank Software *****!

My internet banking was totally disrupted by adding the Nedbank App. Account locked now. I phoned their help line - number on the system is wrong *** instead of ***. 3 calls later no body can help. I needed to add a new beneficiary to pay for a business deal - now lost. I deleted the Nedbank app and then tried to change my password - now they need a 10 number and pin and password which I have never been given. They now say go to a branch. I have lost faith!
