Nedbank, so useless I have no words

Nedbank has to be the most useless of all banking options in South Africa. I have tried to do a payment three times this week. Twice the app would not work so I couldn't approve the payment, the other time, the site is down. HOWEVER when the site is down, it tells you that you are entering the incorrect login details! I have addressed this twice with the bank, but I don't think they care. If it wasn't such a mission to change the business account, I would move tomorrow, but it is a trust so the papers have to go through the Master of the Court, and we all know what a mission that is.

Nedbank, please find another institution to take you over so that your systems actually work!
