Nedbank-so useless

Tried to change my bank account as required by Nedbank. All going well until the selfie, once I remove my glasses as requested how am I supposed to navigate the screen when I can't see a thing. After 4 attempts I gave up. Been with Nedbank for 40 years and I'm still not impressed.
