Nedbank SMS service

Nedbank SMS service to clients is an on and off service. I cant recall how many times I call ********** 111 to activate this service. Last time was 22 November and the consultant assure me she activate it .This is nonsense it does not work as I am struggling for around a year now. It was working for about a month then I need to call in again. I just ignore it now for a few months but give it another go on Thursday guest what it did not work not good service really I am fed up making call after call
