Nedbank Small Business Stellensbosch - Werner Von Wielligh

Had the most crazy experience with Stellenbosch Small Business, between their so called "relationship managers" - Marinda Loots and Werner Von Wielligh they cannot even manage a small international payment issue. You would assume that after three days someone at the bank - such as your Small Business "Relationship Manager" would exercise the professional courtesy to make contact with their client to inform them of a returned/problem payment. No apologies just a text book Nedbank answer from a Von Wielligh. These are Admin Managers not Relationship Managers they only care about their own brand not their clients. Very bad service (non-service). Don't bank with their small business unit if you expect personalised service you won't get it.
