Nedbank small business services

I have been trying to register my business on the nedbank small business website for the last two days and it's not working, I've tried about 15 times already, no success. I have been to a branch and they advised me to do it online because it's cheaper and much more convenient and efficient but I'm sad to say it's a waste of time. Nedbank needs to up they game and improve services tp clients. In the world of business time is money. I really hope they can resolve this as soon as possible. This is the first time I'm having a bad experience with them and I hope it can be resolved cause I'm thinking of taking my business else where.
