Nedbank Small Business just don't care

Opened an new small business account on 25 March 2022. Fourteen days have passed and Nedbank has still not even started the credit card application. Website states that they will get credit record from previous bank yet the banker has no clue how to do so. This is the second time I have had issues with Nedbank small business. Been a client for 25 years
