Nedbank small business credit card

NEDBANK The worst bank to ever deal with. I app**** for a small business credit card on the 28 November 2024. Card was approved called into the branch to sign the offer. They came back requesting proof of further income which was submitted. Subsequently there were numerous application make on my behalf by my private banker because now suddenly the application was declined . My private banker as well as the complains department both agreeded that this was not regular banking practice. Till today this is still a pending application. I heard it all ...over committed, unpaid loan ,systems error ,incomplete information and the list goes on.Totally ***********. The most disappointing part is that they said" they have an offer waiting for pls go into the branch to complete the process. The offer is valid for 5 days."Only to be getting the run around ever since. If I don't get the desired outcome I will be changing my bank and taking this us to the banking ombudsman. I feel humiliated, disappointed and totally frustrated to a point that I don't even want to go into a branch because I am so angry. Nedbank.is pathetic 😒 even a 1 rating is to high for you in all the years of banking with you I haven't received anything pleasurable.
