Nedbank small business contact centre poor service

On 10 April my account was debited with an amount of 360 and again on 3 May. On 8 May I contacted small business contact centre. Reference number: ***4. The lady I spoke to said it was for greenbacks. I explained that I cancel my American express a long time ago due to the lack of places that accepts the card as well as it took nedbank months just to get me a greenbacks card. I also explained that when I opened this account, due to the nature of my business, I requested all charges need to come off as transaction happen and monthly fees at the end of the month. I was not even aware that my account was in a minus. Not due to my fault. I explained all I want is the 2 months refunded and the green backs canceled. No body in their right mind would pay R360 for a loyalty program. The next morning, early, I received a call asking me to please spend the 30 that was in the account in order for the greenbacks to be canceled and the months to be refunded. I was told they would call me back after 9am to make sure I was able to do so. I went to the shop to try and spend it and the card kept declining. I then phone back most upset and told ask to speak to the lady that was dealing with my case and the gentleman said he would up date the case. (I do have both staff members names) I informed him that I tried to spend the cash but was not able to. I told him, "Please just cancel the greenbacks. All I want is my money that was debited from me back. The Saturday morning I phoned again. The women who answer sounded like she was sleeping and even asked me what's my clients name. At that stage I was so cross that I put the phone down. I have heard nothing again from Nedbank. I have received no refund and my greenbacks is still open. Such poor service deliver. I'm assume they will just debit my account again when they feel like it. Most disappointed with Nedbank small business call center. 10 years later what am I paying such high back charges when there is no service.
