Nedbank slow process/ no feedback

I app**** for an overdraft about a week ago at the Nedbank branch in Oudtshoorn. The Sales consultants are helpful, but the process is slow and terrible. I was approved for an overdraft but its been a week and there has still been no further feedback. Nedbank states it should take 24 to 48 hours after approval to clear the money, but I was approved and its been a week.. still nothing. Not good service compared to other banks.
